A little bit of chit chat
One week after the Moonbeam Ignite campaign’s launch, the effects of the effort are starting to show. So far, total transactions have risen by over 13%, the number of wallet addresses by over 185%, & TVL by over 30% in October. Nomination Pools
Polkadot’s roadmap is full of updates. One of the most awaited ones was the Nomination Pools, which allow virtually any DOT holder to earn staking rewards regardless of the amount of DOT held since the minimum required to join a pool is 1 DOT.
This feature was launched last week and already had 61 pools created. Alongside the new Staking Dashboard, both updates aim to help Polkadot improve its scalability, decentralisation and security.

RWAs are in the loop.
Centrifuge secured a round of $4.1M to further develop its marketplace for credit using RWAs as collateral. But other big news is coming from the project, beyond the flashy news about the round and the big names joining their investor list (Coinbase, Ventures Scytale, etc.).
One of the immediate results of their new relationships is the creation of a newly funded pool of $220M, backed by BlockTower and MakerDAO. Also, Centrifuge co-founder Lucas Vogelsang told The Block that possibly by the end of this year, the project will completely migrate to Polkadot, where it can leverage all that network’s interoperability solutions. This would then allow issuers to transport their assets to wherever they want to.
